Stanzen has a range of presses from 400 tons to 160 tons across our three manufacturing locations. Our recent focus has been progressive stamping with at least one progressive press in all our locations. We have progressive presses in the range of 300T, 200T, and 160T and are in the process of adding higher tonnage progressive lines.

Stanzen has the experience and expertise in stamping various categories of automotive parts. Body panels, door members, chassis mounting sub-assemblies, roof liners and panels, suspension parts, radiator support, front instrument panel sub-assembly, seatbelt, and airbag assemblies are part of our product mix.

We are comfortable handling high tensile steel up to 720 MPA including in progressive mode. We have been pressing body and chassis parts ranging from 0.5 mm to 6 mm and can process coil widths up to 600 mm. We are also stamping rolled edge components in a fully progressive mode having delivered over 100 thousand components per month in this category.

We also process electrical steel for contactors and motor rotor and stator assemblies. In addition, we have experience in other materials like stainless steel and aluminum.

Quality requirements are met based on customer requirements and can be as severe as 0.1mm. Dimensional accuracy is maintained by a combination of in-house production engineering team handling tool and spare design in combination with stroke-based preventive maintenance.

More than half our lines are now Industrial IoT enabled with Managers and maintenance being able to monitor both the production status and health of the equipment. We are gradually increasing the ratio of connected machines on the shop floor.
