Stanzen has the capability to design and manufacture press tooling for the automotive sector. Our design teams use industry-leading software like Dassault Solidworks, VISI, Autocad to ensure 3D and 2D designs for our tooling. We have the ability to manufacture both tandem and progressive tooling for tonnages up to 400 tons.

Crucially we keep projects on time with our dedicated project management and tool follow-up teams who work with both internal and external suppliers. Schedules are visualised digitally using online project management tools from Microsoft and physically using obeyas.

We have sufficient presses for trials and our piece out teams ensure both quality and productivity for each tool on time.
