We at Stanzen aim to provide our customers with leading automotive stamping solutions. We design and develop our tools, design manufacturing processes and do our project management inhouse. Our modern production facilities are located in strategic locations catering to the northern (Delhi-NCR), Southern (Bangalore-Chennai) and Western (Pune) automotive clusters. Critical Processes such are those for safety systems are mostly automated ensuring both productivity and quality. Shop floor machinery are connected through the latest IIoT systems to assist in plant visibility, predictive maintenance and 4M change management.
Stanzen has completed hundreds of projects involving Body, Chassis, Assembly and Safety Systems catering to both structural and functional requirements. With a long history in the sector and never ending customer support we are able to guarantee a very high level of satisfaction to our clients. TRAINING & DEVELOPMENTOur state of the art DOJO Room provides a comprehensive training environment for both contract workers and staff. Designed to strengthen shopfloor safety, operational excellence, and technical competency, the facility provides an immersive training experience through a combination of hands-on practical exercises, interactive demonstrations, and digital learning modules. Employees are trained on safety practices, quality standards, production processes, and workplace discipline in a controlled environment before entering the shopfloor.
