Stanzen undertakes all kinds of automotive welding from Co2 Arc welding, spot welding, nut and stud welding (both manual and robotic). We have 10 SSW lines for nut and stud welding and five robotic welding lines for spot and arc welding. We are almost completely using automated/robot welding for spot welds with manipulators from Yasukawa, Fanuc and Kawasaki. Thus our welding line up ensure we are able to cater to almost all welding requirements our customers may have.

Many of our production lines are now Industrial IoT enabled, allowing managers and the maintenance team to seamlessly monitor both real-time production status and the health of critical equipment. We are continuously expanding the number of connected machines on the shop floor, strengthening our capability for data-driven operations, proactive maintenance and improved overall efficiency.

We do non-destructive chisel test on our welding parts apart from mandatory destructive tests and FML checks to ensure weld quality. Effective line management, utility fail safes for water and power and tip management (auto dressing and alignment) ensure we maintain our 0 PPM record with our OEM customers.
